Great location, close to coffee shops, beach, bars, restaurants. had a lovely garden 🌿. Met all our needs, would definitely stay here again.

ferry nice in broughty is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. the clean and comfortable rooms, along with the amazing views and friendly staff, exceeded my expectations. i can't wait to come back and would highly recommend it to others.

parking was a bit challenging

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the newly renovated property with its nice kitchen, bathroom, and well-kept back yard. The fact that it was on one level and a ground floor apartment was a great convenience. The beach and surrounding views were amazing, perfect for our adventurous group.

That there were no blinds in the kitchen, which made cooking a bit challenging when the sun was blinding us. It would have been nice to have some sort of window covering to block out the intense sunlight.
